TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 October 2026. By using this website and its applications you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SwissHelvetia provides web applications, including an image converter, the Amazon Access Board (a seller accounting and profitability dashboard) and a delivery fulfilment workspace. The Amazon Access Board retrieves your own Amazon seller data through Amazon's Selling Partner API and presents calculated figures for your own review.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. If you invite team members, you are responsible for the roles you assign them.
3. Amazon access is read-only
The application retrieves Amazon data only. It does not create, change or delete listings, prices, inventory, orders, refunds, shipments, advertising campaigns or account settings. It never issues mutation requests to Amazon.
4. Accuracy of figures
Calculated figures depend on the data Amazon returns and on the information you provide (such as cost of goods). Where data is incomplete, the application says so rather than presenting an unsupported number. The Amazon Access Board is a reporting and analysis tool; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the service in accordance with Amazon's policies and agreements. You must not attempt to circumvent Amazon's rate limits or throttling, or use the service to access data you are not authorized to access.
6. Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Features may change or be unavailable, and Amazon may change its APIs at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SwissHelvetia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including business decisions made on the basis of displayed figures.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may disconnect your Amazon store or revoke access from your Amazon account. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
9. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
